Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During high-volume periods (such as product drops or promotions), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or your local carrier

  • Contacting the shipping provider directly

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs

  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses


International Shipping & Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country.

We do not control these charges and cannot predict their cost.


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or resolution where applicable.
